About us
In 2008, we started out as Creative Arts Savings and Credit Union with initial assets of $4 million, 279 members and a passion for serving and embracing the uniqueness of the creative arts community. Over the years, thanks to the support of our members, we grew in size and expanded.
In 2020, our Members voted overwhelmingly in favour of merging with FirstOntario Credit Union, one of the largest credit unions in Ontario, with a focus on providing an exceptional banking experience, innovative products and services and commitment to community. FirstOntario has been serving members throughout the Golden Horseshoe, Niagara Region and Southwestern regions of Ontario for more than 80 years.
Member support of the merger led to the creation of Creative Arts Financial, a division of FirstOntario Credit Union.
