Creative Arts Financial, a division of FirstOntario Credit Union, is required or authorized by law not to disclose certain types of information. This may include information related to investigations or proceedings, information about other individuals, and information reported to authorities where we are required not to disclose the reporting. By law, we may also refuse to confirm or deny the existence of information collected as a result of an investigation. Accordingly, if this applies to your request, the information will not be included in our response.
